Leadify Solutions respects consumers’ contact preferences. Here is how we handle consent, Do Not Call scrubbing and opt-out requests.
Leads supplied by Leadify come from consumers who asked for insurance information and agreed to be contacted. A record of that consent is kept with the lead.
Phone numbers are checked against applicable Do Not Call lists and our internal suppression list before delivery. [CONFIRM: describe the lists you scrub against and how often.]
If a consumer asks us not to contact them, we add their number to our internal list and stop contact within [NUMBER] days.
Agents who buy leads are responsible for following all telemarketing laws that apply to them, including maintaining their own Do Not Call list and honoring opt-out requests.
